Then as the virus spread to almost every nation on the planet, supply chains were spun into disarray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The supply chain disruption showcased the unreliability of current inventory management systems in times of crisis and highlighted the need to improve supply chain visibility. It also exposed the importance of diversifying North America\u00b4s supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Though manufacturers hope operations will resume to normal, there\u2019s no indication these supply chain challenges will subside anytime soon. The constant disruptions have caused more and more companies to change course to find stability in their operations. As a result, they\u2019ve determined Mexico\u2019s manufacturing solutions offer advantages that are too valuable to pass up including better logistics, greater trade protection, and unique foreign benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Venture Connections wants to aid North American OEM\u2019s through this shift. We work consistently to find our buyers the very best, most qualified suppliers. On our latest search, we landed in Mexico, more specifically, the state of Quer\u00e9taro to find suppliers who will help our buyers meet their demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through an event organized by the state\u2019s department of sustainable development and the automotive cluster of Quer\u00e9taro, we were able to identify and channel links through coordinated business agendas with some of the most important companies in the region.
